Exercise and Nutrition To Improve Health and Wellbeing

I have had a passion for sport from an early age. This drove me to learn how exercise and nutrition to improve health and wellbeing help the body perform to the peak of its ability.

I first studied for a BSc in Sports, Health, Exercise and Nutrition. After that I followed it with a Masters (MSc) in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences.

Subsequently I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer and as a Sports Massage Therapist.

Constantly updating my exercise and nutrition knowledge with continuous professional development courses, including GP referral. I have qualified to work with people with osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, asthma, arthritis – and the elderly.

I am also qualified as a Phase 4 instructor with the British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation, which enables me to give fitness training to heart patients.

I have become a consultant for BetterYou, the nutritional products website.

My overall knowledge and skill-set have helped many people adopt a better, healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition to improve health and wellbeing.

Nutrition is the key factor in improving your health and wellbeing. Eating a nutritionally balanced diet will make you feel more energised while you’re losing or maintaining weight – without feeling deprived of food.
