Exercise and Nutrition To Improve Health and Wellbeing

I have had a passion for sport from an early age. This drove me to learn how exercise and nutrition to improve health and wellbeing help the body perform to the peak of its ability.

I first studied for a BSc in Sports, Health, Exercise and Nutrition. After that I followed it with a Masters (MSc) in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences.

Subsequently, I qualified as a Performance Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer.

Constantly updating my exercise and nutrition knowledge with continuous professional development courses, including GP referral. I have qualified to work with people with osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, asthma, arthritis – and the elderly.

I am also qualified as a Phase 4 instructor with the British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation, which enables me to give fitness training to heart patients.

My overall knowledge and skill-set have helped many people adopt a better, healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition to improve health and wellbeing.
