F is for Fresh!

Buy produce that is in season. Buying produce in season means that it can be sourced locally and lessening the travel miles where food can easily be rotten/spoilt and therefore not as fresh.

Try not to ‘overcook’ vegetables as nutrients can be easily lost. Cook the vegetables until aledante so that means it still has a bit of crunch to it.

Try out local farms hops as the produce more likely grown in their own gardens or sourced very locally. I find sourcing locally is a great way to support the local businesses too as well as eating fresh. #nutrition #fitness #plymouth
