E is for Exercise!

I think ‘E’ for Exercise is apt this week. especially after eating all those chocolate Easter eggs! So here are some tips to get you back on track!

Aim to exercise for at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity each day. This can be a brisk walk, light jogging for example.

Choose a form of exercise that you enjoy! This means you are more likely to stick to it and less likely to give up.

Buddy up with a friend. So if one of you are lacking motivation, you can encourage one other and more likely to stick to it.

Make sure that you include weight training at least 2-3 times a week to help strengthen your bones. You don’t have to lift heavy weights for strength training but you can use light weights for muscle endurance. #nutrition #fitness #getfit #Plymouth
